We're all familiar with the social media trend like #TGIF (Thank Goodness It's Friday), #KUWTK (Keeping Up With The Kardashians), #ThrowbackThurday or #FlashBackFriday.
Well I also wanna start a permanent trend on social media and it's called #MemoirMonday. Yes #MEMOIRMONDAY !!!! And perhaps someone has already thought of the idea so I just wanna make that person's idea a reality. And yes it is similar to ThrowBack Thursdays and Flashback Fridays but I'm just hoping that it will cure all of us of our Monday blues.
So let's make #MemoirMonday a reality...like PLEASE!!!

The Mubanga OCD

I don't know why, but I am hella obsessed with the modeling industry. It may be a cut throat, well actually like any industry in general, it's competitve and only the best of the best have been able to attain a modeling career that has been built on a strong foundation of longivity.
Even though I have a burning desire to become a model, moi doesn't have the modeling credentials since I'm only 1. 65m tall but either way, it doesn't stop me from dreaming!!!
So enough about me and pay close attention cause ladies and gentlemen, PLEASE ALLOW ME to introduce y'all to Africa's next SUPERMODEL Francis Buseko Mabunga!!!
Francis Mabunga, Zambia's crowning prince, is one to look out for. He may not be the Tyson Beckford or Rob Evans super model of today but he sure is a supermodel model of TOMORROW!!!
He has made an appearance on Burnt Onion's comedy production Check Coast, landed a runway gig at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week being a runway model for Fabiani and appeared on Edgars' famous brands commercial. But most recently he has been choosen as one of the hot Top 25 models of New Face of Joburg by Geschette.
So if ya want more of this hottie...

Royals OCD

A few weeks or days back, can't remember the exact date or day, I published an introductory post about Lorde and my OBSESSION I have...and so I thought I should publish another Lorde post with a lekker twist.

So question...how does a video post of me singing to Lorde's hit track Royals sound like to y'all?!!! Oh well, either way I'm posting it whether you likes it or NOT!!!

The first chorus of Lorde's hit track Royals, instantly ignited my OCDness (not even an existing English word by the way...hashtag Gemini creative bi-polar tendencies) of being a fan.
New Zeland native, Lorde (biological name Ella Marija Lami Yolich-O'Connor) has stolen and captured the hearts of millions with her unique soundtrack, and it's clear she ain't stopping right there...I'm talking GLOBAL DOMINATION!!!
Well...I gots my fingers crossed that she announce a tour around South Africa just so I can see her (stalked tendencies coming out) and gag on the cray KRAAYness that is Lorde!!!

Let's admit it...we're all guilty of committing the number one CRIME trend in the pop culture sphere of taking pictures of ourselves known as SELFIES!!! And if you thought the trend stopped there, the term SELFIE (along with TWERKING) has been added to the Oxford dictionary. The term SELFIE in the Oxford dictionary is defined as a photograph that one has taken of oneself, typically one taken with a smartphone or webcam and uploaded to a social media website (oxforddictionaries.com).
